Black History Month 2020
In honor of Black History Month, the University of Central Arkansas University Marketing and Communications team spotlighted members of the campus community who are living black history today. For this social campaign, I helped identify campus community members to profile, as well as interviewed each source, transcribed interviews and formatted their stories for the web, which can be found here.

Women’s History Month 2020
Throughout March, the University of Central Arkansas University Marketing and Communications team honored Women’s History Month through highlighting endeavors and leaders that have enriched the UCA community. Read their stories here. (Plus, check out our subjects’ top picks of songs written or performed by women on this playlist.) Due to COVID-19, this campaign was cut short.

Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Bridal Show
Since 2018, I’ve written, formatted and scheduled social media copy promoting the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Bridal Show, which takes place three times a year to provide soon-to-be-wed couples a one-stop shop for finding the vendors and ideas that can bring their wedding vision to life. Copy includes promoting each vendor, pre-Bridal Show events and the day-of Bridal Show schedule, as well as responding to social media questions that arise during the event.

First Steps
First Security Bank’s First Steps, a program rooted in spreading financial literacy and committed to helping Arkansans become homeowners, reached its audience through many means, including a monthly radio program called First Steps Tuesday. First Steps Tuesday aired during the Broadway Joe Morning Show on Little Rock’s Power 92.3, an urban contemporary radio station.
